Damaged or wrong items

If tiles arrive broken or you receive the wrong design, send photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected tiles or refund them.

Returning unused tiles

Unopened, undamaged boxes in their original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. [EDIT] Return transport and a restocking charge may apply. Opened boxes, cut tiles and laid tiles cannot be returned.

Not returnable

• Samples
• Designs specially ordered from the factory for you
• Clearance or discounted stock marked non-returnable
• Tiles that have been laid or cut

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and check the returned tiles. [EDIT]

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
