Delivery time

In-stock designs are usually delivered within a few working days of order confirmation. Designs ordered from the factory take longer – we will tell you the expected date before you pay. [EDIT with your timelines]

At delivery

• Tiles are delivered to the ground floor / nearest vehicle-accessible point unless agreed otherwise.
• Please check boxes at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery slip, then send photos to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
• Keep a few extra tiles from the same batch for future repairs – shades can vary between batches.

Pick up

You can also choose to pick up from our depot in Bangalore – we share the address and timing when we confirm your order.
