Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive payment (or approve cash on delivery). We may cancel an order if a design is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly, or the delivery address is outside our service area – any payment received is then refunded in full.

Prices

Prices on the website are indicative, in Indian Rupees, per sq.ft (per piece for jali) and include GST unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed on your order is final. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Product information

Tile colours, textures and patterns can vary from photos and between production batches. Sizes are nominal; small variations within manufacturing tolerances are normal. We recommend ordering a sample and buying the full quantity in one order.

Delivery

We deliver within Bangalore city only. Delivery times are estimates. Please inspect the boxes at delivery and report damage within 24 hours with photos.

Installation

Installation is not included unless agreed in writing. Tiles must be checked for shade, size and defects before laying; we cannot accept claims for tiles that have already been laid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. [EDIT]
