Do you deliver outside Bangalore?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Bangalore city PIN codes only. Check your PIN code on any product page.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are indicative and per sq.ft (per piece for jali). The final price is confirmed on your order or quotation. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
How many boxes do I need?
Use the tile calculator on each product page. Enter your room length and width or the area in sq.ft – it adds wastage (10% by default) and rounds up to full boxes.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Tap “Request a free sample” on any tile – you can choose up to 5 designs per request.
Why does the actual tile look slightly different from the photo?
Screens show colours differently, and natural shade variation between production batches is normal for tiles. That is why we recommend a sample and buying all your tiles in one order.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a GST invoice. Enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need a business invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payment by UPI, cards and net banking. Cash on delivery is available only if enabled for your order. [EDIT]
Can I return tiles?
Unopened, undamaged boxes can be returned as per our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering.
Do you supply to interior designers, architects and builders?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your project details for project quantities and trade pricing.
